Official Sweepstakes Rules
Sponsor:
Luxe Club LLC (d/b/a “Lux Club Co,” the “Sponsor”)
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States and Washington, D.C., age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free mail-in Alternative Method of Entry ("AMOE") is available and provides equal odds of winning.
Equal Odds of winning:
Entries submitted via the AMOE will receive the same number of entries into the applicable promotion as paid entries and will have equal odds of winning. No purchase or payment will increase a participant’s chances of winning.
How to Enter:
Participants may enter by submitting entries through the Luxe Club Co website or by submitting a free mail-in entry as outlined on the Free Entry (Mail-In AMOE) page. Mail-in entries received through the AMOE will be processed and entered into the promotion on a rolling basis upon receipt and verification. All eligible AMOE entries received prior to the promotion closing will be included in the random drawing. Participation in the promotion is available without payment of any kind through the AMOE. Payment is not required to enter or win, and free methods of entry are provided in compliance with applicable promotional sweepstakes laws.
Entry Limits:
Each competition has a maximum number of total entries and may include per-person limits, disclosed on the competition page. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prizes & ARV:
Prize details and approximate retail value are listed on each competition page.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries using a third-party randomization tool (e.g., RandomDraws.com) or a functionally equivalent independent system. The Sponsor does not control or influence the outcome of the drawing once entries are finalized. The drawing process is designed to ensure that all eligible entries have an equal chance of selection and that the selection process is not manipulated or influenced. All eligible entries received prior to the promotion closing will be included in the drawing.
Winner notification & response requirements:
Potential winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry within one (1) day after the competition closes. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial contact. Failure to respond within the required timeframe, failure to provide requested verification information, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. In such case, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify a potential winner. Information regarding the winner selection process may be provided upon request, subject to reasonable verification procedures.
Taxes:
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. A W-9 may be required for prizes valued at $600 or more.
General Conditions:
Luxe Club Co reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to audit or verify the integrity of the drawing process and underlying entry data. Luxe Club Co is not affiliated with any brand featured as a prize.
Entry Fees & No Refund Policy:
Entry purchases are optional and are not required to participate. Payments are made in exchange for promotional participation and associated offerings, and do not increase the odds of winning. All entry purchases are final except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified billing error, duplicate transaction, or cancellation of the promotion by Sponsor.
General compliance:
This promotion is intended to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing promotional sweepstakes and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
